How are you guys doing? Hope all is great!
For the following 4 weeks, we will be transitioning to longer fast swim sets to start creating the stimulus needed to hold a fast 1000 yards/meters.

Here are your Week 5 working sets. Let’s remember the critical aspects of the program for weeks 5 to 8:
Please commit to the FAST sets. This is critical. Yes, it will feel hard. Yes, it is hard. However, if you went hard at the fast sets for the last 4 weeks, you should be ready for this new cycle.
Wednesday is not a rest day, and it is Dryland day.
