Today, we are going to dedicate the article to something many of us swimmers hate: Kicking!

It is important, guys. For many reasons.

Tomorrow, when you get to the pool, perform this test AFTER the warm-up set:

  • 50FR Pull with a buoy for time > Log your time

  • Rest 3 minutes

  • 100FR Pull with a buoy for time > Log your time

  • Rest 3 minutes
