Welcome to Thursday's Upper Body Strength and Mobility Workout for Swimmers.
Today we conclude the “Adaptation” month (Yeahhhh!!!), which was all about doing exercises to help us adapt and recondition our muscles from the low-gravity pool into a full-gravity dryland.
I know some of you were impatient to get to more challenging exercises, but again, what is the rush? Let’s do the right things so that we can live and swim for as long as possible!
