Week 15

Continue doing your transition practices as stated in prior weeks. The more you are familiar with the feelings and body (and mind) sensations the better.

Remember: No surprises on race day.

Time to start thinking about tapering. Tapering is the process of reducing training volume and intensity before a major competition or race to allow the body to fully recover and perform at its best.
