  • 4 x 100 non-stop, as:

    • 100 FR

    • 2 x 50 Kick (flutter, breaststroke)

    • 100 FR

    • 2 x 50 Kick (dolphin, flutter)

  • 4 x 50 IM order fast

  • 200 FR

Pre-Set / 1300
Triathletes: No changes

  • 10 x 50 FR + Fingertip drag drill, as: (Rest 15sec between 50s)

    • 25 Drill (See video how)

    • 25 FR maintaining the arm extension on the recovery
