Warm-Up / 1000

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 4 x 100, as: - Rest 15sec between

    • 25FR + 75 BA 

    • 50FR + 50BA

    • 75FR + 25 BA

    • 100 FR

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15 sec rest between them

  • 200 FR

Technique Pre Set / 500

  • 20 x 25 of the following (Rest 15sec between 25s). If you swim LC, do 10 x 50s.
