  • 4 times the following:

    • 50 BR with flutter kick. Quick and agile kick. 

    • 50 BR Kick on your back, no board (Knees always inside the water)

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15 sec rest between them

  • 200 FR

Kick Set /  800
Triathletes:
Pull this set with paddles

  • 16 x 50’s kick IM order with a kick board - Rest 30sec between 50s
