Warm Up / 1000

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 4 x 100 non-stop, as:

    • 100 BA

    • 50 flutter Kick on your back

    • 100 BR

    • 50 BR Kick on your back (keep knees inside the water)

    • 100 BR Swim

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15sec rest between them

  • 200 FR

Pre-Set / 600
Triathletes:

  • 8 x 75 FR Progression, as: (Rest 30sec between 75s)
