  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 400 Swim non-stop as::

    • 100 FR

    • 100 BA

    • 100 BR

    • 100 Choice

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15 sec rest between them

  • 200 FR

Main Set / 2000

4 Rounds of:

  • 100 FR Pull with Hand Paddles and Buoy - Rest 15sec

  • 50 FR FAST! with Hand Paddles only, kick fast! - Rest 1min

Then,

  • 300 flutter kick with board

Then,

  • Repeat the pull set with hand paddles and buoy

  • Repeat …
