Hola! We are going to do some endurance work today. Long-distance swimmers and triathletes will love this one! But it is critical also for any swimmer.

Warm-Up / 1000

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 4 x 100 non-stop

    • 100 BR 

    • 100 BR Kick on your back, no board (Knees ALWAYS below water)

    • 100 BR

    • 100 BR 3-2-1 Drill (3 kicks 1 stroke, 2 kicks 1 stroke, 1 kick 1 stroke)

  • 1min rest
