Warm Up / 1100

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 5 x 100, as: (Rest 30sec between)

    • 100 BA

    • 100 BA kicking only, keep your arms on your side, extended, thumbs up.

    • 100 FR

    • 100 BA

    • 100 BA Start kicking. One arm extended on your side and the other extended up. Both thumbs up! Change arms each 25.

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15sec rest between them

  • 200 FR
