Warm Up / 1100

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 400 Non Stop, as:

    • 50FR+50BR Swim

    • 50FR+50BR kick on your back

    • 100 FR

    • 100 BR

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15sec rest between them

  • 200 FR

Pre-Set / 1500
Triathletes:
Swim the kick part with Paddles.

3 Rounds of:

  • 4x25 Resistance flutter kick with FINS. (aka. Tombstone) - Rest 15 sec between 25s
