Warm Up / 1000

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 400 HIIT, non-stop. As:

    • 100 FR Moderate

    • 50 Stroke fast (Anything but FR)

    • 100 FR Moderate

    • 50 Stroke fast (Anything but FR)

    • 100 FR Moderate

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15sec rest between them

  • 200 FR

Pre-Set/ 600
Triathletes: Swim the 200s FR with Paddles. Sightseeing twice per lap.
