Warm Up / 1000

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 4 x 100 FR As:

    • 100 FR Moderate - Rest 30sec

    • 2 x 50 FR Fast - Rest 30sec

    • 4 x 25 FR Sprint - Rest 30sec

    • 100 flutter kick on your back

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15sec rest between them

  • 200 FR

Kicking Pre-Set/ ~ 700 to 1000 (Depending on how fast you kick)
