  • 15sec rest

  • 4 times the following:

    • 50 as: 25 BR with flutter kick, then 25 BR

    • 50 as: 25 BR Kick on your back, then 25 BR

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15 sec rest between them

  • 200 FR
