Warm-Up / 600

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 8 x 50 IM Order As:  - 15 sec rest between them

    • 50 Swim

    • 50 Kick (on back)

  • 200 FR

Pre Set /  450
Triathletes: OK all FR
