Warm-Up  / 1050

  • 200 FR

  • 15sec rest

  • 6 x 75 As: (Rest 30sec between)

    • 25 fast FL or FR, then 50 BA or BR (Feel free to switch strokes)

  • 1min rest

  • 4 x 50 IM Fast  - 15 sec rest between them

  • 200 FR
